When you link with a partner:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Store and sync your journal entries, moods, and other data across devices
  • Generate AI Insights: Analyze your journal entries and mood data to provide personalized relationship insights
  • Suggest Date Ideas: Use AI to generate personalized date suggestions based on your preferences
  • Enable Partner Sharing: Share relevant data with your linked partner

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Our AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use AI features (insights, date ideas), relevant portions of your data are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. This data is:

  • Processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy
  • Not used to train AI models
  • Not stored by Anthropic beyond the processing request

You can disable AI features at any time in the app settings if you prefer not to have your data processed by third-party AI services.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Database access is restricted and monitored
  • Regular security audits are performed

Your data is stored on secure servers. The app also stores data locally on your device for offline access, which is protected by your device's security features.

  • With your partner: Journal entries, moods, and other content you choose to share

Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
